Calogero was 14 years old when he wrote and released his book. His love of reading books and the support from his parents encouraged him to believe that he had the ability to create a book that would spark the minds of people. Just as he read books from authors that sparked his mind.

He is involved in KU Trio Talent Search, YES Program, and a Science & Technology Program. This honor roll student exhibited his creativity and talents in this 5 star novel 'Vengeance Is Mine'.
